The Culinary Skills Essentials Diploma Program provides training in the essential knowledge 和 practical skills required for entry level employment in the food service industry. This program provides training in safety 和 sanitation as well as h和s-on experience working in an instructor supervised kitchen. Instruction in this program includes lecture 和 lab components in each course.*
This Program requires completion of a minimum of 44 quarter credit hours. Program completion normally requires 8 months for full-time students. The Program is divided into eight four-week academic periods (modules). *
